De matting Policy
I am a humane groomer and will only attempt to de - matt a dog if I feel the dog will not suffer any pain. When a dog is presented in a severly matted condition it is my policy to shave the whole coat using electric clippers with a short blade.
To de - matt would cause extreme stress and discomfort. Many dogs are traumatized by unnessary hours of de-matting, so I consider shaving the whole coat off to be an act of kindness and your pet will thank you for it.
Cancellation Policy
At Pawfection I work on a strictly one to one basis so your pet gets the very best possble care, so time is vital. I understand that you may sometime need to change your appointment, however I ask that 48 hours cancellation notice is given, If 48 hours notice is not given 50% of your grooming fee will be payable before you can rebook.
